As any parent knows, getting kids to play outside can be challenging in a world full of electronic entertainment. However, there are many good reasons to encourage your kids to spend time outdoors playing in a cubby house, swing set, sandpit, or bouncy castle. Outdoor play promotes physical activity, coordination, motor skills, imagination and creativity.
The Delightful Shack features a large cubby on an elevated platform with a 2.2m slide and ladder. Includes safety handles, letterbox, door, and side window. Optional Mud Kitchen or Sandpit can be added separately.
Comparison: The Delightful Shack has a higher elevation platform and a 2.2m slide vs 1.8m on the Club Shack.
Made from premium Canadian Hemlock and/or Fir Wood, steam-treated to resist rot and decay — no chemical treatments used. Painted with a temporary grey/white/wood-look water-based stain (colours may vary). Repaint with primer and two coats of Taubmans outdoor paint within 4 weeks of use.
Easy Assembly: Pre-made panels, pre-drilled holes, approx. 2–3 hours with two adults and a battery drill.
Slide and handles are yellow by default. Other colours shown may be custom-painted by customers.
Max Capacity: 3–4 children at a time (approx. 100kg total)
Note: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Adult supervision required. Accessories/toys not included.
